AIRO

A console where ops teams author, evaluate, and promote voicebot and chatbot changes — without an AI engineer in the loop.

50+ voicebots live 40% support tickets self-resolved 2M+ minutes shipped Voice and chat on the same stack

What it is

AIRO is a console where prompts, tools, retrieval, and routing all sit under one config. Voice and chat run on the same stack — ASR, an LLM with tools, and TTS for voice; the same LLM and tools for chat. Ops authors a change. The console runs it against a frozen eval set and shows the score before promotion. Better than incumbent? Promote. Worse? Roll back, edit, re-run.

On the chat side, the same console drives 10+ chatbots resolving 40% of inbound support tickets — the kind where the answer was always in the help center, but nobody was going to read the help center. Response time goes from hours to seconds without a single human in the loop.

The model layer is plumbing. The console is the product.

Why it exists

Voicebot teams hit a ceiling fast. Ops hears every customer call but cannot change a single bot response without an AI engineering ticket. Bot quality ends up capped by engineering bandwidth, not by ops insight — the people closest to the customer cannot fix what they hear.

AIRO ships engineering out of the loop.

The call

Ops is the user, not devs. API-first frameworks make engineering faster. AIRO makes engineering unnecessary for everything ops should own. The console is the product surface; the model layer can be swapped without anyone outside engineering noticing.

What ops can change without eng

  • Prompts and system instructions, with version history and one-click rollback
  • Tool wiring — function calls, retrieval sources, fallback paths, escalation rules
  • Voice pipeline — TTS variant, ASR settings, latency budgets, barge-in behavior
  • Routing — which intents go where, when to hand off to a human, what to say while routing
  • Eval set membership — promote any failed call into a regression case in two clicks
  • Promotion gates — what "better than incumbent" means for this bot, per metric

How a change ships

  1. Author the change in the console.
  2. Run against the frozen eval set, see the score and per-case diff against incumbent.
  3. Promote when the score clears the gate. Roll back in one click otherwise.
  4. Every promote is auditable; every rollback is auditable.
